Terms of service

Last updated 9 September 2026.

1. Who these terms are with

[CONFIRM] These terms are between you and[LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“requielune”, “we”), registered in[JURISDICTION]. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

2. What requielune is — and is not

requielune provides recorded meditation, breathwork and sleep audio. It is a wellbeing product, not a medical device and not healthcare. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and nothing in it is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you are dealing with a health problem — including a sleep disorder, or any mental health condition — speak to a clinician.

Do not use breathing exercises while driving, operating machinery, in water, or anywhere that losing attention would be dangerous. Breathwork can cause dizziness. Stop if you feel unwell.

3. Your account

You need an account for most of the library, and you must give an accurate email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts are personal — do not share your login. [CONFIRM minimum age]

4. What you can buy

There are two products, and they behave differently:

  • A course — $14.99, paid once. It stays in your library permanently. Buying a course is not a subscription; nothing renews and we keep no card on file.
  • Unlimited — $39.99 per month. Opens the whole library for as long as it runs. It renews monthly until you cancel. There is no annual plan.

Cancelling unlimited never removes a course you bought. That is a promise, not a courtesy, and it survives any change to these terms.

5. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and their terms govern the payment itself. Unlimited renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You cancel through your store’s subscription settings, which the app links to directly.

[CONFIRM] Unlimited includes a 14-day trial. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged. Six practices are available without any account.

6. Refunds

Because Apple and Google take the payment, refunds are requested from them under their policies. Write to us and we will point you at the right form and support the request where we can.[CONFIRM — UK consumer cancellation rights for digital content]

7. Price changes

If we change the price of unlimited, we will tell you before it affects you, and you can cancel. A course you have already bought is never re-charged.

8. What you may do with the audio

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to stream and download our audio for your own practice. You may not redistribute it, publish it, use it in a commercial setting (including classes or workplaces, which is what our team plan is for), or use it to train machine learning models. We keep all rights we have not explicitly given you.

9. Acceptable use

Do not break the app, work around payment or entitlement checks, scrape the library, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Downloaded content is playable offline. We may change or retire individual practices;[CONFIRM] if a course you bought is retired, we will make it available for download for a reasonable period first.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

12. Liability

[CONFIRM — this clause needs drafting by a solicitor] Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under law. Subject to that, our liability is limited as set out here.

13. Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and update the date. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.

14. Governing law

[CONFIRM] These terms are governed by the law of[JURISDICTION], and disputes go to its courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of your local law.
