Cancellation and refunds

Short version: cancel whenever you like and keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Changed your mind? A full refund of any payment within 14 days of it being taken — no questions asked.

The plans

• Premium monthly — £7.99 a month, renewing every month.
• Premium yearly — £49.99 a year, renewing every year.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time: in the app, go to You → Premium → Manage or cancel, or write to info@requielune.com. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep Premium until the end of the month or year you have already paid for, and are not charged again. Your account, history and free practices stay as they are.

Refunds

• Any payment, within 14 days: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of a payment being taken — your first payment or any renewal, monthly or yearly — whatever you have used.
• After 14 days: payments are not refunded for a part-used month or year; cancel instead, and you keep Premium until the period you paid for ends.
• If something is our fault — you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or Premium did not work and we could not fix it — we refund in full, whenever you tell us.

To ask for a refund, write to info@requielune.com from the email address on your account, or contact Paddle through the link on your receipt. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, normally within 5–10 working days of approval. Premium ends when a refund is made.

Your legal right to cancel

UK law gives consumers 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content, but that right ends once you start using the content with your agreement. Our 14-day refund above is given regardless of use, so it is at least as generous as the legal right. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Price changes

If we change the price of Premium, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and it will only apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.

Who you are dealing with

Premium is provided by REQUIELUNE LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17490166. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders: Paddle takes the payment, issues your receipt and processes refunds, and its buyer terms also apply. This refund policy is honoured through Paddle. See also theterms of service.
