What do I get for free?
Three breathwork practices, two soundscapes, both moon practices, and the daily check-in, journal and history. No card, and no time limit.
What does Premium add?
Everything: every breathwork practice and soundscape, every day of every course, and the sound mixer for building and saving your own soundscapes. New practices and courses are added to Premium as they are made.
How does billing work?
Premium is £7.99 a month or £49.99 a year, charged when you subscribe and then at the start of each month or year until you cancel. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
How do I cancel?
From Premium in the app (You → Premium → Manage or cancel), or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you change your mind, you get a full refund of any payment within 14 days of it being taken. Details are in the refund policy.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, and card details never reach our servers. We only learn whether your subscription is active and when it renews.
